Richard Rizkalla R.D.O., N.C.L.C.
Rich is president of Banville Optical Inc. He is a licensed optician
and has been in the optical industry for 22 years. Together with his
wife Maria and their loyal staff, Rich has made Banville Optical the
leading optical retailer in the area. Rich strives to achieve two
main goals as a business owner. “Our customers are our number one
priority. We take pride in working to achieve enthusiastically
satisfied customers 100% of the time. Second, we strive to make our
associates an integral part of our business. We value them immensely
and consider them key to our success. Working daily to achieve these
2 goals we are convinced that Banville Optical will continue to

Maria Rizkalla
Maria has been in the optical industry since 1984. Having worked in
many management positions throughout her career, Maria founded a
very successful sunglass boutique in New Hampshire. Maria takes
incredible pride in a job well done and has gained enormous respect
from her colleagues. Maria has an incredible gift for generating a
“following” that is essential in any successful retail business. |

Robert Dube, A.B.O.C., N.C.L.C., F.N.A.O.
Bob has worked in the optical field since 1970. Bob attended Newbury
Junior College and completed his Optical Apprenticeship Training
prior to joining Banville Optical. Bob’s extensive experience and
dedication to customer service have kept Banville Optical’s
customers coming back for years. Bob is a Licensed Contact Lens
Technician, Licensed Dispensing Technician, and Low Vision Aids
Technician. He also manages all aspects of lens surfacing and
finishing and optical dispensing. Bob is a key member of the
Banville Optical staff and has developed a committed customer base
over the years. His is considered a perfectionist in his craft and
has achieved Master’s Optician status. |

Chandra Merrill
Chandra has been with Banville Optical since 2005. As the Front Desk
Coordinator, she is responsible for coordinating patient care, eye
exams, scheduling appointments, welcoming patients, verifying
insurance eligibility, and overseeing our customers’ experience
while at Banville Optical. Chandra’s ability to work with customers
and match frames to their needs makes her a great asset to our
practice |

Vicki Odgers A.B.O.C., N.C.L.C.
Vicki has been an integral part of Banville Optical for many years.
Vicki started out at Banville Optical doing minor repairs and
assembling glasses, then completed her optician’s apprenticeship and
became a licensed optician. Vicki handles all ordering, repairs,
assemblies and whatever else she encounters! Her wisdom and
experience allow her to oversee all customer relations and provide
support to customers whenever needed. Vicki treats her customers as
friends and does whatever necessary to see that they leave
completely satisfied. |

Alice Semons
Alice has been with Banville Optical since 1994. Alice greets our
customers with a smile and makes them feel at home while providing
the service they need. Alice handles customer questions, verifies
insurance, makes appointments, and assists in frame selection. She
works with our customers to ensure that their experience at Banville
Optical is always positive! |

Norin Sok A.B.O.C.
Norin joined Banville Optical in 2008 while attending the Benjamin
Franklin Institute of Technology’s Opticianry Program. He has been a
major contributor to the team. Norin does repairs, dispensing, and
finishing lab work. He has developed exceptional skills through his
experience with Banville Optical and is always willing to help our
customers and his associates. |

Jennifer Reilly
Jennifer Reilly has been with Banville Optical since June 2008.
Jennifer is instrumental in providing support to the front desk
coordinators, overseeing all daily insurance eligibility for our
patients. Also scheduling appointments. Jennifer's positive attitude
makes her a pleasant and fun team player to work with. Jennifer is
currently a student at Salem State College attending the
school of early childhood education. Jennifer's efforts are integral
to ourstores day to day operations. |
